The K3 Connect App reached a point where we could no longer maintain it in the way we would like. As a result, Codelocks have built a like-for-like App: C3 Smart.
The new C3 Smart App allows us full control in continuing to manage the App moving forwards. As a valued customer, you'll know that the K3 Connect App provides management, audit and access to Codelocks CL4500 and CL5500 Smart Locks. The App also utilises Codelocks NetCode® technology offering the generation of date/time sensitive access codes. This is not changing!
The new C3 Smart App supports your current smart locks in the same way that K3 Connect does. Aside from Codelocks’ branding, there is no difference when it comes to function and performance.
We've migrated all customer data from K3 Connect to the new C3 Smart App.

We're making the switchover process as easy as possible for our customers - it should take most less than 10 minutes to complete. For those managing a large amount of locks via the K3 Connect App, it may take longer for the C3 Smart App to retrieve your data.
The video below demonstrates how to complete the K3 Connect to C3 Smart migration step-by-step.
You'll first need to download C3 Smart. The C3 Smart App is available to download from the Apple App Store for Apple devices, or Google Play for Android devices.
Sign in to C3 Smart, using the same email and password you've been using for K3 Connect. In some cases, a confirmation code will be emailed to your email account.
If required, enter the confirmation code into the App. Your lock and user data will be retrieved from the cloud, and you'll be ready to go!
